Compensation is $145,000–$160,000 per year. The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is an onsite role based in Olympia, WA, supporting the Enterprise sales team at iCIMS. This role supports the company's mission to help organizations build winning workforces through advanced talent acquisition technology. The role exists to drive new business by identifying and engaging large enterprise accounts. The Account Executive will leverage consultative sales strategies, manage complex deal cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales quotas and expand the company's market presence.

What you'll do

• Leverage company training to build expertise in iCIMS Talent Cloud offerings.
• Research target accounts with 3,500+ employees to identify key decision makers and build value propositions.
• Build sales funnels through prospecting, client referrals, and networking.
• Partner with sales development and presales teams to convert leads.
• Lead the entire sales process, including RFP/RFI and final contract negotiations.
• Consistently achieve sales quotas for new logo accounts.
