What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support in homes and communities
• assist with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks
• support community activities, appointments, and outings
• follow individualized care and behavior support plans
• administer medication when trained and authorized
• document services according to NJ DDD requirements
• communicate with families and care teams.
