What you'll do

• Develop the investment thesis and investor-relations strategy
• lead quarterly earnings communications
• coordinate financial disclosures with executive and corporate teams
• manage investor and analyst engagement, roadshows, conferences, and Investor Day
• monitor shareholder activity and market feedback
• support proxy, ESG, and disclosure work
• advise on corporate transaction communications
• build and develop the investor-relations team and manage its budget and vendors.
