Member Services Representative — Bilingual Spanish

What you'll do

• Greet members and prospective members
• assess needs and assist with financial transactions and account maintenance
• follow internal controls and security procedures
• cross-sell appropriate products and services
• balance cash drawers and daily transactions
• direct member feedback and trends to management
• mentor new employees as needed
• process wires, disputes, debit card requests, PIN resets, and other member-requested maintenance
• follow applicable BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP, and member due diligence requirements.
