What you'll do

• Develop and execute total rewards strategy
• lead compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, and rewards programs
• collaborate on compensation planning and incentive programs
• oversee benefits strategy, plan design, renewals, and communications
• provide oversight of multi-state payroll controls, tax compliance, audits, and service delivery
• lead People Systems enhancements, automation, and self-service
• establish workforce data and dashboards
• prepare executive- and board-level analyses and recommendations.
