What you'll do

• Prepare salads, desserts, snacks, and special nourishments
• set up and deliver meal trays
• follow modified-diet instructions, recipes, portion controls, and schedules
• return carts and wash dishware
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• report sanitation hazards and equipment malfunctions
• store food and supplies appropriately
• follow infection-control and confidentiality policies.
