What you'll do

• Identify training opportunities and train team members in customer communication
• complete daily food-safety checks, including FIFO and code dates
• monitor food handling
• maintain a clean and safe restaurant
• handle cash
• enforce applicable child labor laws
• maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
• communicate with and encourage team members
• set targets, delegate tasks, follow up, and report to the General Manager.
