What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• operate dishwashing and kitchen-cleaning equipment
• store clean items
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas and equipment
• stock supplies
• sweep and wash floors
• clean trash cans
• sort and remove trash
• perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods
• follow safe work practices and applicable MSDS and OSHA standards.
