What you'll do

• Maintain public and common areas, including sidewalks, litter, light gardening, windows, and furniture
• clean and maintain the pool area
• assist with make-ready work for vacant units
• maintain trash and dumpster areas
• deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff
• perform basic maintenance and assigned service requests
• follow safe work practices and hazardous communication procedures
• attend required training and meetings
• interact professionally with residents and team members.
