The Tax Senior Manager — Private Client Services position is onsite in Glen Allen, VA. Compensation is $132,200–$171,800 per year. The manager leads tax engagements, prepares and reviews returns, advises clients on tax planning, and coordinates with clients and outside advisors. The role also supports staff development and business development while helping deliver accurate, timely service on complex private-client tax matters.

What you'll do

• Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities
• prepare and review individual, fiduciary, trust, estate, gift, and multistate returns
• research tax guidance
• communicate with clients and outside advisors
• identify tax-planning opportunities
• monitor tax law changes
• support client meetings
• coach and mentor staff
• build relationships and follow up on new client leads.
