What you'll do

• Manage benefits administration, enrollment, vendor and system coordination, and open enrollment planning
• analyze self-funded benefits data
• coordinate employee retention strategies and performance review cycles
• maintain the Learning Management System
• analyze HR metrics and prepare reports and recommendations
• coordinate HR projects
• partner with the HR Director on programs and process improvements
• monitor compliance practices and recommend improvements to systems, workflows, reporting, and service delivery.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; five years of progressively responsible HR generalist experience in a multi-state environment; and at least two years of self-funded benefits administration experience. PHR or SHRM-CP is highly preferred.
