What you'll do

• Drive total retail revenue with the Vice President of Stores
• develop the annual sales plan, rolling forecast, and executive updates
• lead chain-wide selling programs and scale effective approaches
• develop recovery plans for at-risk stores and track KPIs
• lead retail business-to-business and outreach strategy
• evolve selling standards, playbooks, and training
• use data to set priorities
• partner with Marketing and Merchandising on promotions, pricing tests, and launches.
