What you'll do

• Develop strategies to grow earned revenue, attendance, and awareness
• identify and cultivate event rental, group, tourism, hospitality, corporate, and other business opportunities
• build partner relationships and manage a prospective-client pipeline
• set and report on business development goals
• lead event planning and execution, including the Lakefront Festival of Art
• oversee event contracts, vendors, staffing, documentation, and catering-partner coordination
• supervise the Events team
• manage budgets, forecasts, billing information, and performance indicators.
