What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans with healthcare team members
• administer and record prescribed medications
• record medical information and vital signs
• monitor equipment and resident symptoms
• provide bedside care
• change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• assist physicians
• respond to life-saving situations
• participate in discharge planning
• maintain timely and accurate records.
