What you'll do

• Maintain planned and unplanned work backlogs in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• develop weekly preventive-maintenance and planned-work schedules with Operations and the Lead Technician
• coordinate workload meetings
• maintain preventive-maintenance records and equipment bills of materials
• train associates on the CMMS
• expedite emergency spare parts
• screen work notifications
• estimate labor, tools, materials, and resources
• track maintenance costs, downtime, availability, and performance metrics
• and support equipment installations and maintenance improvements.
