Call Center Associate

The associate acts as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining positive communication.
• Identify customers unique home situations.
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to go out to price and sell the job.
• Communicate effectively, actively listen, and show empathy as the first point of contact with our customer.
• Provide world class customer service with the methodology, resources and dedicated coaches we provide to guide you to success.
