The Landscape Designer / Salesperson role is onsite in Annapolis, MD. Pay is $85,000–$110,000 per year. Walnut Hill Landscape Company’s Design/Build division designs, sells, and manages projects to meet client expectations and sales goals. The role develops client leads into designed and estimated projects, manages sales and project transitions, and coordinates with production through installation. It contributes to division revenue goals and helps ensure production teams receive the details needed to execute projects.

What you'll do

• Qualify and coordinate leads
• conduct site analysis and develop design concepts and presentation packages
• prepare estimates, proposals, and supporting drawings
• present designs and revise proposals
• coordinate deposits, subcontractors, and project handoffs
• communicate with clients
• conduct site visits and final walkthroughs
• support marketing, advertising, training, and networking.
