What you'll do

• Track material requests, receipts, transfers, staging, storage, shortages, backhauls, surplus candidates, and open issues
• coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, maintenance, commissioning, construction, and project teams
• maintain accurate material records
• reconcile discrepancies across field, contractor, warehouse, SAP, and C2C data
• support inventory counts and SAP transactions
• prepare status reports, logs, trackers, and readiness updates
• retain documentation for traceability and audit readiness
• identify data or process gaps and escalate risks and constraints.
