It maintains accounts, access, devices, and inventory; resolves support requests; supports onboarding and offboarding; and coordinates with vendors and a managed services provider to improve technology operations and user experience.

What you'll do

• Provide support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365
• manage accounts, permissions, and endpoints using Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• deploy and troubleshoot Windows workstations
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain inventory and device lifecycle records
• document and resolve support requests
• coordinate with the MSP and vendors
• and identify process improvements.
