What you'll do

• Sharpen, tension, level, and balance saws
• inspect saws and verify specifications
• install and remove saws and ensure components are fitted and aligned
• monitor production performance and diagnose cutting issues
• maintain saw inventory and rotation schedules
• maintain filing-room equipment and records
• communicate with the Sawmill Supervisor
• and follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures.
