What you'll do

• Perform molecular genetic tests, including COVID-19 testing, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and next-generation sequencing, from specimen processing through result reporting
• complete proficiency testing
• maintain records under the Quality Management plan
• assist with assay validation studies with Laboratory Director approval
• maintain competency and take on training responsibilities as needed
• and troubleshoot and maintain laboratory processes.
