Job overview

The Senior Landman role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with at least two days per week in the office. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour. Vault develops, capitalizes, and operates carbon storage assets across North America, with projects in the Midwest, Southeast, and Canada. • lead landowner negotiations
  • manage damage claims and applicable eminent-domain processes
  • direct brokers, title abstractors, counsel, surveyors, and appraisers
  • oversee title examination, curative work, and acquisition due diligence
  • advise project teams on well siting, areas of review, monitoring locations, and pipeline routing
  • support regulatory filings and landowner engagement
  • review staff work and mentor less experienced land staff
  • travel approximately 25%, primarily to U.S. Midwest project areas.
