Guest Service Agent – Hotel Front Desk

The Guest Service Agent – Hotel Front Desk role is onsite in Colonial Heights, VA. Compensation is $16 per year as listed. This role serves as the primary guest contact, managing arrivals, departures, reservations, inquiries, and service issues. By coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance and maintaining accurate guest and occupancy records, the agent supports guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide check-in and check-out service
• manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system
• respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• process billing and payment transactions
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• maintain guest and occupancy records
• promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
