What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, coach, and hold the shop crew accountable
• run daily huddles
• manage production scheduling, material flow, quality checkpoints, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
• track labor efficiency, material yield, and costs
• report weekly
• coordinate with Sales, Design, Installation, and Purchasing
• help plan capacity, equipment, and staffing.
