The provider performs agreed cleaning and facility upkeep services to meet site hygiene, presentation, and safety standards. This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.

What you'll do

• As scoped in service agreements, perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• provide floor care such as buffing, polishing, and stripping
• use the provider’s own cleaning equipment and supplies
• service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• perform minor facility upkeep
• follow site safety protocols
• perform painting touch-ups or light repairs where agreed.
