Through individualized activities, supportive care techniques, and communication with the care team, the role contributes to residents’ quality of life and daily experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with memory care programming, sensory engagement, reminiscence, and life skills activities
• encourage participation using person-centered approaches
• support residents during activities, meals, transitions, and routines
• use validation and redirection
• observe engagement and communicate changes or concerns
• assist with family events and special programs
• maintain activity supplies
• partner with the Tempus Director.
