What you'll do

• Provide clinical instruction and supervision to Practical Nursing students
• create a supportive clinical learning environment aligned with program outcomes
• evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• teach clinical policies and professional standards
• document student performance
• collaborate with nursing faculty and department leadership
• maintain current clinical knowledge, required licensure, and BLS certification
• support students with learning challenges and referrals as appropriate.
