User Experience Designer, Level II

What you'll do

• Engage business sponsors, subject matter experts, and customers to understand requirements and goals
• research end users and communicate findings
• conduct user modeling and task analysis
• create personas, scenarios, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• design content architecture, navigation, layouts, flows, and interaction models
• conduct heuristic reviews
• present designs for review and iteration
• recommend solutions to usability and interaction problems.
