What you'll do

• Serve as an internal customer service contact for sales managers, representatives, and assigned accounts
• respond to inquiries about orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, products, and account setup
• process purchase orders in SAP Business One
• monitor orders through delivery
• investigate order issues
• coordinate with internal departments
• manage custom orders, samples, launches, and VIP requests
• prepare open-order reports and backlog analysis
• maintain account records and communication responsiveness.
