• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and emergency response activities
• monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor or contractor access as directed, and maintain entry and exit records
• observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic
• report concerns and unusual activity
• respond to incidents and alarms and document activities
• conduct facility and perimeter patrols.
