This role is responsible for overseeing project-level financial management, reporting, and accounting operations. It exists to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and visibility across the development portfolio, enabling sound decision-making for large-scale real estate projects.

What you'll do

• Manage project-level financial reporting, including cost-to-complete and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Coordinate construction loan draws and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
• Review and approve contractor invoices.
• Supervise project accounting staff.
• Collaborate with development and corporate teams.
