Assistant Store Manager

It helps lead associates, support sales and customer service, manage inventory and order fulfillment, monitor store performance, and maintain safety standards, while serving as acting Store Manager when needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with leading, coaching, training, and scheduling store and yard associates
• resolve escalated customer issues
• oversee receiving, stocking, staging, fulfillment, and inventory counts
• support labor and expense control and reporting
• enforce safety standards and oversee daily forklift and equipment inspections.
