Maintenance Technician — Property Maintenance

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lowell, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The posting lists pay of $26–$29 per hour based on experience and knowledge. The technician maintains the upkeep, functionality, cleanliness, and safety of properties and apartments. The role addresses repair requests, completes inspections and apartment turnovers, and works with property managers, leasing agents, residents, contractors, and other technicians.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and other building systems
• complete work orders within 24–48 hours
• complete apartment turnovers within seven days of move-out, including painting, repairs, improvements, and cleaning
• inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs
• communicate with residents, colleagues, and contractors
• participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation one week out of every five weeks and respond to after-hours emergency repairs.
