Pro Experience Manager

What you'll do

• Model service standards and coach customer interactions
• manage the Pro area to reduce wait times and maintain carts, signage, and equipment
• check Pro product availability and job-lot quantities
• validate Will Calls and deliveries for accuracy and on-time completion
• resolve customer concerns
• support recruitment, training compliance, coaching, and associate development
• monitor staffing and coverage
• enforce policies and operational standards
• ensure safety procedures and checklists are followed
• perform opening and closing duties and shared Manager on Duty responsibilities
• lead store kickoff meetings and coordinate department readiness.
