What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work orders and equipment to multiple crews
• conduct field quality checks against ANSI A300, ISA standards, and utility specifications
• monitor productivity, hours, equipment use, and progress
• enforce OSHA, ANSI Z133, and EHAP requirements
• conduct safety audits, tailgate meetings, pre-trip inspections, and accident investigations
• ensure work-zone traffic control
• handle utility and property-owner communications
• and oversee equipment operation, servicing, and repairs.

Why this role
