What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate technical and design meetings
• facilitate meetings and document notes, action items, and modifications
• coordinate follow-up and communicate updates
• maintain technical specifications, guidelines, and documentation
• research parts, equipment designs, requirements, and specifications
• incorporate approved changes and submit documents for review
• maintain approved documentation in internal systems
• provide technical assistance
• support research, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and documentation
• track project documentation, modifications, approvals, and follow-up items.
