The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Pay is $40 to $43 per hour. The role supports residents in a skilled nursing facility setting at Carroll Park Healthcare. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutritional needs and helps guide care through education, care-plan collaboration, weight monitoring, and nutrition interventions. The work supports resident health by addressing dietary needs related to wounds, tube feeding, and dialysis.

What you'll do

• Interview residents and/or families to complete nutritional assessments.
• Provide diet education as needed.
• Attend care-plan meetings with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate weight processes, monitor weight changes, and report at weekly at-risk meetings.
• Assess and recommend nutrition interventions related to wounds, tube feeding, and dialysis.

Why this role
