What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written inquiries from patients, law offices, insurers, and other facilities
• resolve billing and insurance issues
• review financial information and recommend payment options or assistance programs under client guidelines
• discuss payment resources and make referrals
• use required scripts and internal and client systems
• document accounts, notes, and codes
• and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
