It also coordinates inventory needs with procurement, operations, and field personnel to help prevent shortages and delays.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory records
• allocate equipment and materials to service orders
• conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• prepare equipment for jobs and process check-ins and returns
• receive and verify deliveries
• organize and maintain a safe, clean warehouse
• process and track RMA equipment
• coordinate shortages and purchasing needs with the Procurement Manager
• support service operations and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
