• Execute the multi-year contract manufacturing strategy
• oversee partner selection, allocation, and exit strategies
• establish governance and operating mechanisms
• lead commercial negotiations
• own cost performance and total-cost-of-ownership initiatives
• coordinate manufacturing readiness and production ramps
• establish performance KPIs and continuous improvement
• mitigate supply and operational risks
• report to executives
• and develop a high-performing team.
