Accounts Payable Specialist — Hybrid After Training

What you'll do

• Enter accounts payable data and verify it against supporting documents
• import invoice payments for monthly payment runs
• review ERP invoices and coding
• reconcile credit card transactions and vendor statements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• support employees with expense submissions
• assist with audit documents, checks, ACH adoption, and unclaimed property
• recommend process improvements.
