What you'll do

• Conduct LIHTC/PBV eligibility interviews under HUD and PHFA requirements
• process applications through third-party compliance from intake to approval
• prepare and submit initial and final RPC submissions and address deficiencies
• organize compliance documentation for investors and maintain resident files
• prepare files for audits, support audit responses, and resolve findings
• collaborate with leasing and property management teams.
