Childcare Professional — Behavior Technician Training Provided

The Childcare Professional role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, with work performed one-on-one with children in their homes and communities. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. The role supports United Care ABA’s work with children and families through behavior services and training toward an RBT credential. The behavior technician helps children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement under BCBA supervision. The role follows treatment plans, tracks progress, and communicates with supervisors and families to support children’s goals.
