Construction Safety Associate

The Construction Safety Associate role is onsite in New Carlisle, IN, providing field-based safety oversight for a new mega data center construction project. Compensation is $38–$40 per hour. The role supports construction operations by promoting safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements. The associate maintains a visible jobsite safety presence, monitors contractor and subcontractor activities, identifies hazards, and supports incident follow-up and corrective actions. The role also coaches field personnel and maintains safety documentation to help project teams meet site requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide daily field safety oversight and compliance engagement
• promote a proactive safety culture
• monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with OSHA regulations, client requirements, and site procedures
• conduct inspections, observations, and hazard assessments
• verify PPE use and safe work practices
• monitor JHAs, JSAs, and safety procedures
• assist with incident and near-miss documentation, investigations, and corrective action tracking
• coach field personnel
• communicate safety expectations
• maintain daily safety records.
