What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Manage recruiting activity across multiple simultaneous openings.
• Review inbound applicants and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens.
• Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn and other tools.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
