What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales through phone, email, CRM, and virtual meetings
• develop existing accounts and new opportunities
• follow up on quotes and leads
• track customer interactions and pipeline
• provide agronomic guidance on soil, plant tissue, manure, feed, forage, fertilizer, and water testing
• explain lab results and testing options
• resolve service issues
• collaborate with laboratory teams and support customer communications.
