What you'll do

• Conduct in-person sales and leasing activities, qualify prospects, tour apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in documents, and support move-ins
• inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding maintenance
• monitor market and competitor conditions
• develop and implement marketing plans
• conduct offsite marketing and outreach
• use property-management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data
• inspect show units and leasing areas
• follow up with prospects and residents
• prepare and deliver renewal documents
• respond to resident and owner concerns
• complete administrative and financial reports.

Why this role
