Community Relations Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage inquiries, tours, and follow-up through the CRM
• plan and host marketing events and community outreach
• track competitive information, pricing, and positioning
• coordinate move-in logistics with internal teams
• manage pipeline reporting and sales metrics
• build relationships with families and prospective residents.
