What you'll do

• Prepare estimates, quotes, and bid proposals
• review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• perform equipment and piping takeoffs
• conduct site visits and bid walks
• obtain and analyze vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing
• develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs and project margins
• manage multiple bids and submit proposals on time
• follow up with clients and management
• identify scope gaps, cost risks, and savings opportunities.
