What you'll do

• Own systems engineering strategy across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
• drive platform stability, lifecycle management, automation, backup, and disaster recovery
• ensure architectural consistency and integration integrity
• partner with Network Operations and NOC teams
• implement monitoring and performance management
• support product development through network and platform readiness
• lead corporate IT operations and ITIL-aligned service delivery
• manage incidents, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements
• lead teams across IT Support, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, and Platform Integration
• mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.
